Core Principle: Deterrence and retribution prioritized over rehabilitation for most crimes. Swift, severe punishment to protect victims’ sentient rights. Zero tolerance for repeat offenders and rights violators. Heavy enforcement, expanded death penalty, and military-style action against cartels and high-crime threats.
Criminal Justice Philosophy
-
Rehabilitation limited to certain non-violent crimes.
-
Theft generally treated as violent.
-
Punishment must be swift and brutal as a deterrent.
-
Prison conditions scale with crime severity.
-
All murder charges → rapid death sentence (avoid long system burden).
-
Core purpose of prison: permanently remove sentient-rights offenders from society.
Death Penalty
-
Expand significantly.
-
Mandatory for voluntary murder.
-
Involuntary/incompetent manslaughter → long prison.
-
Third theft conviction → death.
-
Priority: protect victims; no sympathy for repeat violators.
Police Power & Accountability
-
Heavily fund and expand police.
-
Independent, nonpartisan third-party investigations of misconduct.
-
Federal mandate for body cameras on all public-facing officers.
-
Current use-of-force standards largely adequate.
-
Female officers generally not on patrol (physical strength limits); restricted to female interactions, verbal confrontations, and administrative roles unless meeting high physical standards.
Drug Policy
-
Decriminalize drugs (but ban public use).
-
Full prohibition ideal but unrealistic.
-
Cartels designated as terrorist national-security threats and destroyed with military force.
Border Security & Immigration Enforcement
-
Forceful removal of illegal immigrants.
-
Heavily fortified borders; lethal force authorized when necessary.
-
Federally abolish sanctuary cities.
-
Expand ICE (with body-camera requirement).
Terrorism & Domestic Extremism
-
Treat domestic terror extremely seriously.
-
Use public surveillance data aggressively.
-
Private companies may share flagged data under TOS consent.
-
Islamist and communist ideologies monitored as threats (communism flagged at same severity as Nazism).
-
Anti-Western / anti-constitutional ideologies treated as threats.
-
Islamist sympathy for foreign terror agents or anti-Western governments punished as terror threats.
Gun Crime & Violence
-
Intensive policing and rapid crackdowns in high-crime/gang areas.
-
Mass incarceration modeled on El Salvador-style approaches.
-
Zero tolerance for riots, blockades, and takeovers.
-
Sole focus of law enforcement: protect victims of sentient-rights violations.
Victims’ Rights
-
Offenders forfeit rights upon violation.
-
Restitution paid by the offender (from personal accounts/assets).
-
Imprisonment continues until restitution is paid (or death sentence applied).
-
No taxpayer funding for restitution beyond voluntary opt-in donations.
Criminal Justice Philosophy:
Rehabilitation vs retribution/deterrence? Prison conditions and purpose?
Rehabilitation should exist for a certain nonviolent subsection of crime. Theft is should be treated as violent crime in most cases. Punishment against crime should be swift and brutal, acting as a deterrent. Prison conditions should scale with severity of the crime. All murder charges should be death sentence, quickly, not to burden the system with long processing. The purpose of prison is to remove sentient rights offenders from society.
Death Penalty:
Expand, maintain, restrict, or abolish? For which crimes?
For voluntary murder, death penalty. For involuntary murder via incompetence, long prison sentence. If theft, each consecutive theft conviction up to 3 should increase in sentence. If you are convicted for theft a third time, death. The priority should be protecting the victims whose rights are being violated. There is no sympathy for repeat violators.
Police Power & Accountability:
Funding levels, qualified immunity, body cams, use-of-force standards?
Police should be heavily funded. Nonpartisan, unbiased third parties should be responsible for any investigations of misconduct, similar to compliance audit firms. Body cams mandated federally for all law enforcement officers that engage with the public. Use-of-force standards are currently good. Female police officers should generally not be on patrol, they often cannot overpower men, must pass a high bar of physical fitness and strength to be a female officer that could interact with male criminals physically. Female officers should really only be assigned for female interactions and verbal confrontations in the field, and other police administrative work.
Drug Policy:
Legalization, decriminalization, or prohibition (building on earlier views)? Cartel strategy?
Drugs should be decriminalized, but not be allowed in public areas. Prohibition, in a utopia would be good, but in reality it does not work. Cartel’s should be designated as terroristic national security threats and obliterated with force.
Border Security & Immigration Enforcement:
Interior enforcement priorities, sanctuary cities, ICE role?
Illegal immigrants should be removed with force. Borders should be secured heavily and fortified. Border crossings defended with lethal force if necessary. Sanctuary cities should be federally abolished. ICE should increase in size, with slight reforms - all officers to wear body cameras.
Terrorism & Domestic Extremism:
Surveillance powers, definition of threats, treatment of Islamist vs other extremism?
Domestic terror threats should be taken extremely seriously. Surveillance gained from public data can be used to fight against this. Private companies can build TOS that sends data to governmental agencies regarding flagged data if users agree to their TOS. Islamist and communist ideology should be monitored and treated as threats. Anti-western values and and anti-constitutional ideologies should be treated as threats. Communism should be on the same level of danger-flag as Nazism. Islamist sympathy toward foreign terror agents and anti-western governments should be punished as threats of terror.
Gun Crime & Violence:
Specific measures beyond general gun rights (e.g., gang enforcement, mental health)?
More policing in high-crime/gang areas with swift and brutal crackdowns, and mass-incarceration akin to El Salvador. Riots, road blockages, and takeovers should be swiftly and brutally shut down. Zero tolerance against criminals. The only focus of law enforcement should be to protect the victims of perpetrators who violate sentient rights.
Victims’ Rights:
Restitution, victim impact, prioritization over offender rights?
Offenders forfeit their rights when they violate others rights. The restitution to the victim should be paid by the offender. Until that amount is repaid, the offender should be imprisoned. If the offender has a longer sentence, or death sentence, the payment should come from the offenders back account and assets. Nothing from uninvolved tax payers should be given as restitution beyond opt-in donations.
